Team Time
Whilst a lot of our time at UG is spent making the magic happen, we also like to make sure we have some fun and take time to bring the team together, especially since some are spread far and wide!
In 2023, the team have been together more than ever, with Trade Shows and our Summer Conference.
Our main opportunity for fun is at the trade shows, where every night we go out as a team! Our favourite spot for a fun night out in Birmingham is Flight Club, a Dart bar/restaurant.
We also love getting together every quarter for our Sales Meetings, but the best by far is definitely the Christmas Party!
In the day before getting glammed up for our Christmas Party we all came in our best Christmas Jumpers, and had a great day swapping secret Santa presents!
We have continued bringing the team together in our Quarterly Sales Meetings and having lots of laughter along the way!
We also like to get together on random Friday afternoons and test some of our games! We recently tested Judge Your Friends - although this meant we all learnt a lot more about our colleagues than we ever expected!
We understand the value in having fun - especially at work!
